NT Crash- dumping of physical memory
I tried SP 3 RC1 1.76 with a new install of NT 4 WS and can make it BSOD (IRQ LESS THAN OR EQUAL) in tcpip.sys every time using IE 3.02, Atomtime, or Agent 1.0. Hope MS fixes this problem before they release the final version of SP3. I had to revert back to NT 4 with NO SP to get a stable system.
